The policy of reservations and rescheduling appointment times at the spa.
HEYA SPA offers a flexible policy for rescheduling and modifying reservations at ‘Spa for your comfort’.
The amendment, or rescheduling:
- 48 hours before the appointment:
- You can modify or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- There are no fees for modification or rescheduling.
- If you have paid in advance, the amount will be kept as a credit for using the spa services of your choice.
- In case of no-show or significant delay:
- If you are unable to attend your appointment or are significantly delayed such that the service cannot be provided, please inform us as soon as possible.
- No direct fees will be deducted.
- Our goal is to reschedule: We will work with you immediately to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Any pre-paid amount (if any) will remain as a credit for your new reservation.
- Important note regarding delays: If you are late for your appointment, your appointment may be rescheduled to ensure that subsequent appointments start on time. The cost of the service will not be adjusted in this case.
